The cross-sectoral skills shortage is a major problem for companies in many different industries. It can be difficult to find qualified workers who have the necessary skills and experience to fill a position in the company.

There are many reasons for the skills shortage, ranging from an ageing workforce to a lack of well-educated workers in certain fields. Finding suitable staff can also be a challenge in rural or remote regions.

We see ourselves as an interface between companies and skilled workers from abroad. On the one hand, we support your company in finding suitable candidates; on the other hand, we help people to realise their dream of finding a suitable job in Germany.
